The adjustable dorsiflexion feature of the night splint provides a stretching of the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon. Worn daily for a few minutes to several hours, the night splint, over time has been clinically proven to reduce the pain and discomfort of plantar fasciitis and other overuse injuries of the lower leg.
