It's two braces in one! A Chairback for post-op and a lumbar-sacral-orthosis (LSO) for patient maintenance. Simply remove LSO from Chairback frame, when less lateral support is required. LSO removes from Chairback frame in seconds. Both orthoses powered by patented mechanical advantage pulley system. Combines rigid anterior-posterior medial lateral control with superior abdominal compression. Patented pulley system provides 6-times more power to maximize compression. Chairback frame easily slips off so LSO can be used for rehab/maintenance. Chairback frame can easily be custom shaped with a heat gun. One-hand-one-second adjustment allows for proper support while walking, standing, sitting, driving, etc. Single front fabric fastener makes it easy to don and doff.
